    Magnificent colors, very beautiful assortment of flowers. Perfect for my mother's birthday!

    The package arrived with the exploded and open top, it was damaged and had taken the moisture of the rain, for a super bouquet of super customer service ... no response from the customer service when I asked to be reimbursed. We won't buy anything from Flowrette.

    We answered you well by email and contact by phone to offer you a solution following your request.
    Unfortunately the cardboard of your order has arrived to damage but your bouquet was in conformity.
    As you have clarified you do not want any new approach, which is obviously a choice that we respect.

    Nevertheless we have done the necessary on our side, as we always do for our dissatisfied customers.
